Mark’s wide range of business experience includes serving as CEO of a firm that specializes in economic and community development initiatives along with construction and development for Native American Tribes. He also served the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe as an elected official for over a decade. Mark also serves as the current president of Mashpee Wampanoag Economic Development Corporation and was a founding member of the Tribe’s Gaming Authority. Mark is also responsible for the advancement of several economic development initiatives and capital projects throughout Indian Country. For more than two decades Mark has been advancing these ethics and values in both business and political practice in Indian Country, developing relationships with key tribal leaders as well as like minded Native professionals. The resulting network of ideologists, innovators and decision makers are the drivers of the economic engine moving Indian Country forward. It is by no accident Mark is among them.

Born and raised in Inchelium, Washington, Michael is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation and is a two-time chairman of the Colville Business Council. He also served as first Vice President to the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI). He earned his BA in American Indian studies and History (2003) and an MA in History (2005) from Eastern Washington University (EWU), and has received numerous awards for his academic and professional achievements. Between 2014 and 2015, Michael launched several businesses, Feathered Arrow, LLC, ExciteFight, LLC, and Inchelium Short-Stop, LLC. His primary business, Feathered Arrow, LLC, is a consulting business that primarily serves Indian tribes in national policy issues and realizing economic development opportunities.

Robert, an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation, is a business executive with diversified leadership and board of director experience in aerospace defense, healthcare, federal section 17 corporations, and energy business with state, federal, and Native American government relations. He led an S&P 100 technology company site from $20 million to over $1.5 billion impact. He had leadership oversight of $6.2 billion in assets and over 10,000 employees as COO. As Managing Partner of Towerhouse Group LLC, he’s responsible for the company’s sales and operations, including lack of precipitation insurance, access to capital, development of utility-scale solar projects, and negotiating operating agreements with S&P 500 companies. He has over 9 years as a successful C-level Executive.
An Indigenous professional originally from Seba Dalkai, Arizona who grew up standing on the corner in Winslow, Arizona. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science Manufacturing Engineering from Arizona State University and Master of Energy Business from the University of Tulsa.
